From Italian company Busnelli, the Bohemian Sofa is a display of elegance and classic design reinvented. With an aristocratic appearance, the product looks very inviting and fits well in a minimalist design meant to impress. The interesting aspect of this item and the one that makes the Bohemian sofa stand out is its upholstery. Even though the backrest comes in a traditional model with buttons, the rest of the couch is different, as the material flows elegantly, creating an almost ethereal feel. At a first glance, this chair appears to disobey the laws of Physics. The Magic Chair comes from designer Davide Conti and seems to only stand on one foot. This optical illusion is made possible due to a transparent material which is used to help maintain the balance of the chair. But since this material is almost invisible, when looking at this product from a certain angle, the user will surprisingly only see a bunch of straight thin lines. Despite its fragile appearance, this chair is very durable and strong. Moreover, it is a very original piece of furniture to have around. Its elegance is another strong feature and its simplicity make it very easy to adjust in almost any type of interior. This crazy spoon bathroom set comes from Philip Watts Design and has a unique source of inspiration. The spoon sink and urinal have a slick and original design, bringing elegance to any type of bathroom interior. You know how cabinets are placed under the sinks in order to hide their bottom. Well this is no longer the case with the spoon sink. This design has such a stylish “teardrop” shape, that it improves the appearance of an interior, rather than disturbing it. What do you say? If you have not heard of Dandelime Furniture you likely soon will in blogs and magazines. I recently spoke with their marketing director and got a chance to see their line of products. I like their modern approach to design departing away from the norms of wicker and woven outdoor furniture and the way they use metal, stone and other substances. Don’t get me wrong, I am a fan of those types of materials, but it is nice to see some different approaches. Interesting products include the feather lounger aptly shaped like a feather and the porthole bench feature a pipe-like appearance combined with seating. Learn more about their products here.
